The location of the complex is great for guests who want their privacy, in a quiet place just 2km away from the village of Marathopoli, in the Messinia region. The beach in front of the villas is a small natural harbor with sand on the beach and very shallow waters, great for small children to play. The access to the deep waters is through the rocks. The sea is great for snorkeling. People here are still gathering sea salt from the rocks as they did in ancient times.

The location is great for daily excursions to the area, visiting famous archaeological sites, and relaxing at the famous beaches nearby, visiting the villages around, eating at the local restaurants. One can also enjoy hiking to the mountains, rivers, waterfalls, and sea.
